Orders are processed Monday through Thursday excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped out. Please allow 3-7 business days for solid ONE color (#1-8) pieces to be shipped out. If you have ordered a custom blend or mixed color piece, please allow 1-2 weeks (business days) for your order to be shipped out.


Once shipped out, orders should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 3-4 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom colored orders will take longer to process and can either be picked up by “curb side pick up” or shipped to you.


If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or FedEx, Unavi Hair will not be held responsible for any lost or mis-delivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Unavi Hair via email prior to your order being shipped. If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), customers must contact Unavi Hair via email within one hour of the order being placed for correction. Otherwise, once shipped, the customer must contact the shipment courier to have changes made. Unavi Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages (eg, damaged/opened parcels) during the delivery process. Unavi Hair is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes the Holiday season.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
