UNAVI Clip-In Extensions are the highest quality of remi hair. Each clip in piece. Comes with five clips to distribute weight evenly. The satin lining helps hair move freely and NOT cause any friction that can cause breakage. Only minutes to install and look FABULOUS!

- Those with long hair mostly require one piece.
- Those with shorter and thicker hair requires two pieces.
*Please note, the weight for UNAVI Clip-In Extensions must remain at a low weight due to it being only 1 clip in compared to most 7-10 clip ins.
If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for a store credit. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of original purchase, must be unused, and in the original packaging. Product that does not have tags still intact cannot be exchanged. Please email Unavi Hair at unavihair@gmail.com with your order number to retrieve a return shipping label.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday through Thursday excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped out.
Please allow 3-7 business days for solid ONE color (#1-8) pieces to be shipped out. If you have ordered a custom blend or mixed color piece, please allow 1-2 weeks (business days) for your order to be shipped out.
USPS PRIORITY 3-4 days
Once shipped out, orders should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 3-4 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom colored orders will take longer to process and can either be picked up by “curb side pick up” or shipped to you.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or FedEx, Unavi Hair will not be held responsible for any lost or mis-delivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Unavi Hair via email prior to your order being shipped.
If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), customers must contact Unavi Hair via email within one hour of the order being placed for correction. Otherwise, once shipped, the customer must contact the shipment courier to have changes made.
Unavi Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages (eg, damaged/opened parcels) during the delivery process.
Unavi Hair is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes the Holiday season.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
